We support over 2500 businesses of all types across the South East of England from our head office based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. Established for over 14 years our team have a great degree of experience in business IT solutions, including the complex installation and maintenance of servers and networking together with computer workstations, Data cabling, Phone systems and CCTV equipment.

We are officially accredited partners with well known brands such as Brother, Fujitsu, Asus, HP, LG, Netgear, Samsung and Sony to name a few. In the event of an emergency, we can deal with the manufacturers directly, minimising the disruption caused by a hardware failure.

Our goal is to provide you with a full and high quality service in which there are no hidden extra costs. Our service is professional rather than budget and our rates are competitive for the services we provide. We charge in 15 minute intervals and with a minimum charge of 15 minutes. We do not charge for travel expenses within the Home Counties.

Our Peace of Mind service is an optional monitoring service which consists of checking your server backups, server stability, email systems and networking each and every day to make sure it is running smoothly, this service enables us to try and resolve identify issues before they affect your services. The last thing you need is for one of your servers or critical equipment to stop working and then find that your fail-safes/ backups have not been running correctly resulting in data loss. Unlike other IT support companies, IT-Helpdesk.co feel that small companies should not have to pay a fixed monthly maintenance charge for ad-hoc repairs and support. We feel that if your system is maintained and not abused, your IT costs could be very minimal. Most of our customers prefer to pay on an ad-hoc basis which often saves money. If budgeting is important to you, however, maintenance contracts are available and tailored to individual company requirements following a meeting to understand your set up and requirements.
